OpenAI appeared before the tech world by announcing more than twenty new products and features at its annual DevDay event in San Francisco.

Dots AI Assistants Introduced

The Dots series, introduced by company executive Sam Altman, was announced as artificial intelligence assistants designed to carry out users' various tasks.

These new assistants have the ability to connect with thousands of applications through platforms such as Slack, Teams, and ChatGPT.

GPT-6.1 Sol and Ultrafast Version

Among the innovations announced at the event were the GPT-6.1 Sol model and a new, premium speed tier named Ultrafast.

Plugin extensions and collaboration tools prepared for developers were also among the products showcased to participants.

Financial Situation and IPO Plans

Chief Financial Officer Sarah Friar shared the strong growth momentum in the third quarter and expansion strategies in the enterprise sector.

Friar and Altman stated that they could evaluate the initial public offering process when the right timing arrives without compromising safety principles.
