OpenAI announced a partnership with Ironclad to train and evaluate artificial intelligence models in complex legal and contract processes.

Artificial Intelligence and Professional Software

OpenAI demonstrated its capabilities in professional computer use with the introduction of the GPT-6 Astra model. Collaborations are being pursued with software companies to make agents more proficient in specialized software workflows.

The first partnership in this scope was implemented with AI-powered contract management company Ironclad, aiming to improve the performance of artificial intelligence models in professional fields.

Legal Tasks and Collaboration

The two companies jointly developed eleven different tasks covering legal, commercial, and procurement domains. These tasks include drafting non-disclosure agreements and establishing procurement approval processes.

Through these specially developed scenarios, AI systems are targeted to manage complex contract processes in the business world more accurately and quickly.

Performance and Success Rates

Trained on these new tasks, GPT-6 Astra achieved an average score that was thirty-two percent higher compared to the previous model, GPT-5.6 Sol.

Additionally, tests reported a forty-eight percent reduction in the estimated completion time per trial.

Future Plans and Calls

OpenAI continues to invite other software companies to collaborative work in order to advance artificial intelligence in complex professional tasks.

Such collaborations are expected to accelerate the integration of artificial intelligence technologies across different sectors.
