According to a written statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Turkey is represented at these critical talks in the US by Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.

Trump's Special Envoy and the Role of Mediators

A senior U.S. State Department official announced that President Donald Trump's Special Envoy Steve Witkoff will meet with officials from mediator countries in Miami to discuss the next phase in Gaza. Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani also announced that a comprehensive plan will be developed for the new phase.

Agenda Items of the Second Phase

The second phase of the twenty-point Gaza plan proposed by U.S. President Donald Trump includes critical turning points such as the withdrawal of the Israeli army from Gaza and the disarmament of Hamas. Qatari Prime Minister Al Thani stated that Israeli violations jeopardize the agreement and noted that efforts to form a U.S.-led stabilization force are also being discussed.
