Bull Wrestling Held at the Culture and Arts Festival in Ardanuç
Bulls from various provinces participated in the wrestling events held within the scope of the festival in Artvin, and cash prizes were presented to those who ranked in their categories.
Bull wrestling events were held within the scope of the Culture and Arts Festival organized by the Ardanuç Municipality under the coordination of the Ardanuç District Governorate in the Ardanuç district of Artvin.

The organization of bull wrestling took place within the framework of the Culture and Arts Festival in the Ardanuç district of Artvin. The event was held at the Ardanuç Arena located in the district center and lasted for two days.
Number of Bulls Participating in Wrestling and Provinces
A total of 56 bulls from the provinces of Artvin, Rize, and Erzurum participated in the thrilling wrestling matches organized under the coordination of the Ardanuç District Governorate and by the Ardanuç Municipality.
Categories and Ranking Participants
The matches were held in the chief, sub-chief, small sub-chief, large middle, small middle, foot, and yearling categories according to the weights of the bulls. Bulls belonging to different owners achieved first place in various categories.
Champions and Prizes Awarded
A total of 600 thousand liras in cash prizes was given to the owners of the ranking bulls. The owner of the bull that came first in the chief category was presented with a prize of 150 thousand liras.
Protocol and Citizen Participation
The wrestling matches, which lasted for two days and were watched by thousands of people, were followed by Ardanuç District Governor Nazmi Yücel and Ardanuç Mayor Emrah Yılmaz, as well as numerous citizens.
Escape Incident from the Arena Gate
During a match at the festival, a bull named Aslan, belonging to Şenol Aydın, accelerated as its opponent came towards it, jumped through the gap above the arena gate and escaped, and its opponent was declared the winner.
