Children's Workshops Begin at Sakıp Sabancı Museum as Part of Yoko Ono Exhibition
Sakıp Sabancı Museum is organizing special events in parallel with the Yoko Ono exhibition to develop children's creativity and awareness of peace.
As part of the ongoing Yoko Ono exhibition at the Sakıp Sabancı Museum, various workshop programs are being implemented where children will meet art and imagination.
Children's Workshops Within the Scope of the Exhibition
Special events are being organized for children within the framework of the Yoko Ono exhibition, which continues at the Sakıp Sabancı Museum until December 27. The program enables participants to think about concepts such as peace and communication.
Peace Poster and Colorful Flags
In the workshop to be held on Saturday, September 12, children will examine the power of words in the public sphere and design their own posters. On Sunday, September 13, flag design will be carried out for a different age group.
Wish Tree and Discovery in Nature
Events continuing throughout September also include works inspired by the Wish Tree artwork. In addition, botanical research intertwined with nature will be conducted in SSM Garden.
Conceptual Maps and Awareness
Children will be able to design their own conceptual maps by combining map and instruction ideas. In the Traces of Attention workshop, joint installations focused on movement and observation will be created.
