Official work has been launched to transform Kanal Park in Kocaeli's Kartepe district into a comprehensive culture corridor where art, literature, and history intersect.
General Purpose of the Project
Comprehensive work has been initiated to give Kanal Park, located in Kocaeli's Kartepe district, a new identity and to strengthen its social aspect.
Features of the Route
It is planned to make the approximately 1.2-kilometer walking and cycling route along Kule Creek in Dumlupınar Neighborhood more fully equipped.
Culture and Art Areas
With culture and art areas to be established at different points of the park, it is aimed for citizens to encounter art, literature, and history while walking.

Kartepe Mayor Mustafa Kocaman, who inspected the works on-site, was accompanied by Dumlupınar Neighborhood Headman İbrahim Kır.
