İyilik Culture and Art Center Opened on Boğazkesen Street in Beyoğlu

Established to support art production and provide social benefit, the İyilik Culture and Art Center has started operating in Beyoğlu with an organized program.

Opening Program of the Center and Participants

Established to support art production, contribute to the sustainability of traditional arts, and generate social benefit, the İyilik Culture and Art Center has started operating on Boğazkesen Street in Beyoğlu. The opening program was attended by numerous guests, artists, art enthusiasts, and İHH volunteers. The opening program began with a prayer.

Opening Speeches by Executives and Objectives

İHH Board of Trustees Deputy Chairman Hüseyin Oruç stated that the center will be a hub bringing together children and volunteers from all over the world through art. İHH General Secretary Ahmet Göksun stated that training in various branches of art will be provided by experts at the center.

Transformation of Art Works into Aid

İHH Vice President Muhammet Cihat Çelik stated that they aim for the center to be a place where art transforms into humanitarian aid. It was noted that the produced works will be exhibited in the gallery and sold in exchange for donations, contributing to aid delivered to oppressed regions. İHH Women's Branch President Nazmiye Göltaşı also noted that the revenues generated from the sales area will be delivered to those in need and orphans.
