Kayseri Culture Road Festival Has Begun
The Türkiye Cultural Route Festival, held in Kayseri from September 5 to 13, started with an opening program at the Castle Interior Archaeology Museum.
Kayseri, the 17th stop of the Türkiye Cultural Route Festival, officially kicked off its nine-day culture, art, and gastronomy marathon with an opening program held at the Kayseri Castle Interior Archaeology Museum.

In Kayseri, the 17th stop of the Türkiye Cultural Route Festival, the nine-day culture, art, and gastronomy marathon began with an opening program held at the Kayseri Castle Interior Archaeology Museum.
As the city experiences the enthusiasm of the festival for the second time, a wide range of events from concerts to exhibitions, and from theater to workshops, are being organized between September 5 and 13.
Protocol Participation
The opening program was attended by Kayseri Governor Gökmen Çiçek, Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Dr. Serdar Çam, and Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Memduh Büyükkılıç.
Members of parliament, the festival director, the provincial protocol, and numerous art enthusiasts also took part in the ceremony.
Events and Flavor Points
Throughout the festival, local flavors are being offered to visitors at 34 Flavor Points designated in the districts of Melikgazi, Kocasinan, Talas, İncesu, Develi, Bünyan, and Hacılar.
Delicacies such as Kayseri mantı, yağlama, pastırma, nevzine, gilaburu, and Develi cıvıklısı are meeting with gastronomy enthusiasts.
Exhibitions and Concerts
Following the opening, protocol members visited the Sacred Relics of the Ottoman Empire, Living Heritage Kayseri, and Hâne exhibitions.
Within the scope of the festival, names such as Mert Demir, Ceza, Ahmet Şafak, Buray, Özcan Deniz, Oğuzhan Koç, Kıraç, Murat Boz, and Sefo will give free concerts.
