Kayseri Culture Road Festival Opens Its Doors for the Second Time
Organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Kayseri Culture Road Festival is being held for the second time with various events from September 5 to 13.
Brought to life in Kayseri for the second time with the contributions of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Culture Road Festival meets art lovers between September 5 and 13. Spanning a wide area across the city, the events feature numerous programs ranging from concerts to exhibitions.
Festival Excitement in Kayseri
The Kayseri leg of the festival, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in different provinces of Turkey, is being held for the second time this year. Between September 5 and 13, various programs are presented to the appreciation of citizens at many different points across the city.
Rich Event Calendar
Kayseri Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism Şükrü Dursun stated that the festival is not limited to concerts alone. While different artists take the stage every day at the event area in Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Millet Garden, numerous artistic activities are carried out at various locations.
Library and Museum Gatherings
Within the framework of the festival program, interviews and author-reader meetings are organized at the Provincial Public Library. At the museum, special exhibitions and workshops are held for visitors.
Programs Appealing to All Ages
In the festival, where activities for children hold a prominent place, traditional street games, children's festivals, and woodblock printing activities are featured. Additionally, the Sacred Relics of the Ottomans, Yahyalı carpets, Ethnosport, and a rug weaving workshop are included in the program.
Theater and Music Performances
Different theatrical plays meet art lovers at cultural centers and State Theater stages. Events by the Naval Forces Band Command and Caucasian winds add color to the festival.
Call for Citizens to Participate
Şükrü Dursun invited all citizens to the events and stated that program details can be followed on the festival pages. The events will continue until September 13.
