Laodicea Ancient City to Host Beethoven's 9th Symphony Concert
Preparations have been completed for the concert to be held within the scope of the 2nd Denizli Opera and Ballet Days, and e-tickets are now available.
Within the scope of the 2nd Denizli Opera and Ballet Days, organized in cooperation with the Denizli Metropolitan Municipality and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism State Opera and Ballet, free e-tickets for the Beethoven 9th Symphony concert to be staged in the ancient city of Laodicea have been made available to music lovers.
E-Tickets and Entry Details
Free e-tickets for the major event, which will take place on Friday, September 4, 2026, at 9:00 PM, can be obtained via the website e-bilet.denizli.bel.tr. E-ticket holders will have the opportunity to enter the Laodicea Archaeological Site free of charge starting from 7:00 PM on the day of the concert.
Free Transportation Facilities
To ensure music lovers can easily reach the venue on the day of the event, bus services will be organized from 5 different points in the city at half-hour intervals. The free buses, departing between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, will depart from in front of the Denizli Metropolitan Municipality, in front of the KYK dormitory, Justice Park, in front of the old Bağbaşı municipal building, and in front of the Yenişehir Neighborhood Headman's Office.
Artists and Program Information
This special concert, where artists from the Istanbul State Opera and Ballet will take the stage and guest conductor Alessandro Cadario will lead the orchestra, will last approximately 70 minutes. Citizens attending the open-air program in the historical atmosphere are advised to choose comfortable clothing and shoes.
