Regions and Colors Festival in Muratpaşa Concluded
The nine-day festival bringing cultures together in Antalya ended with events held at Muratpaşa Atatürk City Square.
Traditionalized by Muratpaşa Municipality, the Regions and Colors Festival brought together cultures from different regions in the same square in Antalya between September 5 and 13, concluding with the Russia Friendship Night.
Nine-Day Cultural Encounter
Bringing the cultural wealth of Turkey's seven regions to Muratpaşa Atatürk City Square, the festival started on September 5 with the Mediterranean Night and continued with various events for nine days.
Enthusiasm of Folk Dances
Throughout the festival, the Muratpaşa Municipality Folk Dance Ensemble took the stage with regional dances appropriate to the program's theme, and city residents also accompanied the performances.
Concerts and Regional Melodies
In the concerts held after the folk dance performances, numerous artists such as Uğur Önür, Tolga Çandar, and Selçuk Balcı took the stage and shared in the festival enthusiasm.
Anatolian Flavors and Stalls
In the stalls of 83 fellow countryman and cultural associations located in the festival area, regional products, flavors, and souvenirs specific to different regions of Anatolia were exhibited.
