Royal Philharmonic Orchestra Concludes Turkey Tour with Ankara Concert
As part of the Culture Route Festivals, the British Royal Philharmonic Orchestra is concluding its tour in the capital following its Istanbul program.
Coming to Turkey on the occasion of the festivals organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra is presenting its final performance to music lovers at CSO Ada Ankara following successful concerts in Istanbul under the direction of conductor Vasily Petrenko.
Details of the Turkey Tour
On the occasion of the Istanbul and Ankara Culture Route Festivals implemented by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the orchestra met with music lovers between September 25 and 27.
Istanbul Concert Program
Accompanying violin star Liya Petrova at the first concert held at the Istanbul Atatürk Cultural Center, the orchestra took the stage with pianist Elisabeth Leonskaja on the second night.
Closing Concert in the Capital
The British Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, under the direction of conductor Vasily Petrenko, is completing its music tour in Turkey with tonight's final concert at CSO Ada Ankara.
