Second Term Project Proposal Call for the Ortaklaşa Program Has Begun

The second-term call of the project, which will provide a total grant support of up to 1.9 million euros to civil society organizations within the scope of the Ortaklaşa program coordinated by the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts, has been announced.
The Second Term of the Ortaklaşa Program Has Begun
The Ortaklaşa program, which develops fair cooperation models between civil society organizations and municipalities, officially continues into its second term with its comprehensive structure.
International Partnership and Support Structure
The program, carried out by the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts with the support of the European Union, the partnership of Culture Action Europe, and the affiliation of the Marmara Municipalities Union, is being carried to an international dimension.
Million-Euro Grants and Budget Details
In the new term, which has gained an international dimension through the partnership with Culture Action Europe, it is planned to provide a total grant support of up to 1.9 million euros to civil society organizations.
Within the scope of the call, which encourages cross-border learning, projects with budgets ranging between 60,000 and 120,000 euros will be supported.
Application Requirements and Partnership Models
While applications are made by culture and art institutions in Turkey, institutions from European Union member states and certain countries will be able to participate as partners.
Projects will be developed within the framework of a four-way institutional cooperation structure with the participation of municipalities from Turkey and the specified countries.
Deadline and Informational Meetings
The deadline for project applications has been announced as December 18, 2026, and the details of the process are included in the Grant Application Guide.
Online meetings will be held on September 28 and October 15, 2026, to provide information regarding the objectives of the call and the application process.
