Southeastern Anatolia Night Held at Regions Colors Festival
On the second day of the festival organized by Muratpaşa Municipality, the cultural richness of Southeastern Anatolia was introduced to the participants.
The Regions Colors Festival, organized for the 10th time by Muratpaşa Municipality, continued at the Muratpaşa Atatürk City Square with the Southeastern Anatolia Night and was the scene of colorful moments.
Tenth Year of the Festival and Emphasis on Institutionalization
Muratpaşa Mayor Ümit Uysal stated that organizing the festival for the tenth time requires great perseverance and institutionalization, and thanked all the associations that provided support.
Stage Performances at Southeastern Anatolia Night
On the second day of the festival, during the Southeastern Anatolia Night, folk dances specific to the region were performed by the Muratpaşa Municipality Folk Dance Ensemble.
Ozan Gündemi, Serpil Efe, and Naciye Çokbilir took the stage during the night, and the event concluded with the Sıra Gecesi program featuring Baran.
Messages of Unity and Togetherness
Mayor Ümit Uysal expressed that people from different hometowns and beliefs are able to live together in Muratpaşa with mutual respect.
Visit Information and Event Schedule
At the festival, where eighty-three compatriot and cultural associations participate, food, handmade products, and traditions belonging to different regions of Anatolia are introduced.
The festival, which will last for nine days, can be visited until September 13 at 23:00, and various concerts are held every evening.
