The 16th Phaselis Festival to Be Held Between September 21-26
Organized by KETAV with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the 16th Phaselis Festival will meet art lovers in the ancient city between September 21-26.
Taking place in Antalya's historical Phaselis Ancient City, the 16th Phaselis Festival will welcome music lovers between September 21-26 with public concerts free of ticket sales.
Festival Details
Realized by the Kemer Region Promotion Foundation with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and contributions from sponsors, the organization will present a rich program to art lovers.
Held in the 2,700-year-old Phaselis Ancient City where sea, nature, and history meet, the event brings together thousands of visitors in a historical venue every year.
Opening Concert Program
The festival will open its doors to art lovers on the evening of Monday, September 21, with a colorful concert ranging from opera arias to tango, and Neapolitan songs to folk songs.
On the opening night, soprano Dilruba Bilgi, baritone Caner Akgün, violinist Can Özhan, and the Cameratalia String Orchestra will take the stage.
Second Day Event
On the evening of Wednesday, September 23, the second day of the organization, music lovers will experience an unforgettable night of nostalgia.
The timeless songs of Frank Sinatra, Tom Jones, and Engelbert Humperdinck will be interpreted by Altuğ Dilmaç, accompanied by the narration of Teyfik Rodos.
Sezen Aksu Songs
Within the scope of the festival, a special concert titled 'A 'Sezen'ce' Night' will be presented to music lovers on Friday, September 25.
On this meaningful night, Gökçe Eyüpgiller will perform beloved songs by Turkish pop music master Sezen Aksu, accompanied by Metin Kiper on the piano.
Closing and Final Night
The closing concert will be held on the evening of Saturday, September 26, under the title 'From Bach to Turkish Music'.
On the night featuring soloist Dilek Türkan, Çellistanbul will take the stage, and kanun artist Serkan Mesut Halili will accompany the performed pieces.
Held Open to the Public
Kemer Region Promotion Foundation President Volkan Yorulmaz invited all art lovers to this cultural gathering, which is organized completely free of ticket sales and open to the public.
