The Eternal Present Time of Brotherhood Project Has Begun
The project combining the Turkic World and Anatolian mythology with contemporary art met with art lovers within the scope of the Culture Route Festival.
The project titled "Myths, Dreams, Tales: The Eternal Present Time of Brotherhood," which brings together the ancient heritage of the Turkic World and Anatolian mythology with contemporary art, opened its doors at the Emin Antique Art Center between September 19-26, 2026, as part of the Turkey Culture Route Festival events.
The Beginning of the Project
The project titled "Myths, Dreams, Tales: The Eternal Present Time of Brotherhood," which brings together the ancient fairy tale and mythology heritage of the Turkic World with contemporary art, has been brought to life. The project was presented to art lovers between September 19-26, 2026, within the scope of the Turkey Culture Route Festival events.
Opening at Emin Antique Art Center
The opening ceremony of the project, whose authorship, writing, and art direction were undertaken by Ümit Yaşar Gözüm, and whose consultancy was carried out by fairy tale researcher Yücel Feyzioğlu, was held at the Emin Antique Art Center. A large number of guests attended the opening.

In his opening speech, artist Ümit Yaşar Gözüm drew attention to the importance of the project, stating that for the first time in human history, two exhibitions on ancient Turkic and Anatolian mythology have come together on this scale.

Fairy tale researcher and writer Yücel Feyzioğlu stated in his speech that the tales of the Turkic world are very delightful and expressed that this richness must definitely be conveyed to children and youth.

İspir District Mayor Ahmet Coşkun also attended the opening of the project. Within the framework of the events, various talks featuring important names such as Önder Aydın and Abidin Celal Binzet, a documentary film premiere, and panels are being organized.
