Within the scope of the Abdurrahim Karakoç Culture and Art Season by the Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality, three distinct special culture and art programs will be held at Kahramanmaraş Castle on Monday, October 12.
Three Special Programs
Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality continues to bring every segment of society together with art in the city holding the title of UNESCO City of Literature. In this context, three separate events will be implemented at Kahramanmaraş Castle on Monday, October 12.
Children's Fairy Tales
The first event of the day will start at 10:00 with a storytelling program aimed at children. Little ones will take a delightful journey into the colorful world of fairy tales.
History Talk
At 14:00, a talk themed "My City, My History" will be held with the participation of neighborhood heads (muhtars). The city's historical accumulation and cultural identity will be discussed during the talk.
Commemoration of Important Figures
At 16:00, Hacı Ali Özturan and Âşık Yener, who contributed to literature and folk poetry, will be commemorated. Nimet Tekerek, Ramazan Avcı, and Abdülhakim Eren will participate as speakers.
