Turkey Culture Road Festival is Being Held for the Fifth Time in Diyarbakır
Organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the festival will bring various art disciplines together with audiences in historical venues for nine days.
Organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Turkey Culture Road Festival is preparing to meet art lovers in Diyarbakır for the fifth time from October 10 to 18.
Details of the Festival Program
According to the statement made by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, many different events will be held over 9 days in the city, which will host the festival for the fifth time. A broad program will be offered ranging from concerts to exhibitions, theater to talks, traditional art workshops to children's events.
Meeting Points and Use of Historical Texture
Diyarbakır's historical center surrounded by walls, the İçkale Museum Complex, and various culture and art venues of the city have been designated as the main meeting points of this major festival. The historical texture will be blended with different disciplines of art.
Evaluations by Minister Ersoy
Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy stated that they will carry Diyarbakır's deep-rooted culture and art accumulation to different areas of the festival program. Minister Ersoy noted that the historical texture of the city will meet with art.
Free Concerts and Names to Take the Stage
Within the scope of the festival, public and free concerts will be organized at Nevruz Park. Throughout the events, Hakan Altun, Mert Demir, Sefo, Sagopa Kajmer, Poizi, Derya Uluğ, Bengü, Murat Boz, and Fatma Turgut will take the stage.
