Content of the Culture and Art Program
Within the scope of the events organized by the Çukurova International Yaşar Kemal Culture and Art Days Organizing Committee, concerts, panels, exhibitions, and children's activities will be held. The program will feature concerts by Mazlum Çimen and Serenad Bağcan, as well as the screening of a Yaşar Kemal documentary prepared by Nebil Özgentürk.
Supporting Institutions and Stakeholders
The events will be realized under the guidance of Yaşar Kemal’s friend and film producer Abdurrahman Keskiner and with the support of Osmaniye Mayor İbrahim Çenet. 44 national and local organizations will support the gathering, which brings together different segments of society.
Competitions and Emphasis on Shared Memory
Within the scope of the events, where Yaşar Kemal's place in the shared memory of Çukurova with its people, nature, culture, and oral heritage will be discussed, the results of short story, poetry, and folklore competitions will also be announced.
