Consisting of a total of 162 residences in eleven 3- and 4-story blocks, the project features large glass facades, organic curves, terraces, and water elements. Living spaces are designed in 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 typologies.

Green Areas and Social Amenities

Established on a total land area of 30 dönums (decares), more than 21,000 square meters of the project have been allocated to green and park areas. The project includes indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a Turkish bath, a sauna, fitness studios, art workshops, tennis courts, and running tracks.

Executive Statements and Objectives

Speaking at the launch, Fatih Öztürk stated that they are building safe residences in horizontal architecture compliant with earthquake regulations. Mehmet Yılmaz, on the other hand, stated that the project is not open to foreign sales and that they aim to revive the law of neighborliness in Turkey.
