Education and Technology Ecosystem
According to Le Xuan Tam, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology, a synchronized ecosystem is needed to standardize educational infrastructure, develop high-quality human resources, and commercialize green technology solutions.
Digital Economy and Innovation Targets
Bac Ninh aims to rank among the top provinces in the Local Innovation Index by 2025 and to raise the share of the digital economy in the Gross Domestic Product to 46.3%, the highest level nationwide. The province hosts 35 science and technology enterprises, 10 high-tech enterprises, and 1 innovative startup enterprise.
Semiconductor and Next-Generation Development
Additionally, Bac Ninh is the first locality in the country to develop a specific policy supporting human resource training for the semiconductor industry for the 2024-2030 period. In the new phase, the province's growth model will be based on the axes of productivity, quality, science, technology, innovation, digital transformation, and green development, with the role of enterprises being of central importance in the innovation ecosystem.
