Sectoral Value Losses
In the first half of the day, the technology index lost 2.13 percent, the services index 2.34 percent, the industrial index 3.07 percent, and the financial index 3.52 percent in value.
Status of Stocks
Compared to the previous close, 10 of the stocks included in the BIST 100 index rose while 90 fell, and Turkish Airlines, Astor Enerji, Akbank, Tüpraş, and ASELSAN were among the most traded stocks.
Global and Local Developments
While global markets started the week positively under the influence of contacts at the 81st UN General Assembly in the US, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan went to New York.
With the decision of the Capital Markets Board, the fund liquidation period was extended from a maximum of 3 months to 6 months.
Analysts' Support and Resistance Levels
Stating that capacity utilization rate, real sector confidence index, and D-PPI data will be monitored domestically, analysts noted 13,000 and 12,900 points as support and 13,300 and 13,400 points as resistance for the BIST 100.
