Following market reviews, administrative and legal steps were taken against numerous individuals and entities, imposing trading bans.
The Capital Markets Board (SPK) decided to file criminal complaints against 37 individuals as a result of its investigations into transactions in the share market of Tera Finansal Yatırımlar Holding.

The Capital Markets Board has decided to file criminal complaints against 37 individuals following investigations conducted into transactions carried out in the share market of Tera Finansal Yatırımlar Holding.
According to official statements, the decision to file criminal complaints was taken solely regarding real persons, and the first and last names of the individuals concerned are also included in the investigation file.
Trading Ban Applications
By decision of the Board, a ban on trading on exchanges and other organized markets has been imposed on Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ and Tera Portföy Yönetimi AŞ, along with the said 37 individuals.
It has been officially recorded that the ban is limited to the shares of Tera Finansal Yatırımlar Holding AŞ and will be applied for a period of 2 years.
Details Covering Company Accounts
It has become clear that the trading ban covers the transactions that Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ and Tera Portföy Yönetimi AŞ will make for their own accounts.
The activities of the companies in question in the relevant share market have been restricted under Board supervision during this period.
License Cancellations and Restrictions
All licenses and authorization certificates held by 24 individuals, including Emir Münir Sarpyener, Ethem Umut Beytorun, Ecem Tuğçe Akçay, and Bülent Uygun, have been canceled.
It was stated that the license and authorization certificate cancellations directed at these individuals will remain valid throughout the 2-year trading ban period.
