The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey Monetary Policy Committee will announce its October interest rate decision on Thursday, October 22, 2026.
According to the information in the Central Bank's official calendar, the decision resulting from the monthly ordinary meeting will be shared with the public at 14:00.
Previous Meeting Data
Ahead of the new meeting, the rates adopted at the previous Monetary Policy Committee meeting are being recalled by the markets.
At the last meeting, the policy rate was kept constant at 37 percent, while the overnight lending rate was 40 percent and the borrowing rate was 35.5 percent.
