US Consumer Credit Shows Increase

According to July data released by the Federal Reserve, consumer credit recorded an increase above expectations.

During the period in question, consumer credit increased by $18.1 billion compared to the previous month, reaching $5.19 trillion.

Changes in Credit Types

In July, revolving credits such as credit cards and similar accounts increased by $2.8 billion.

The increase in non-revolving credits, such as automobile and student loans, stood at $15.3 billion.
