Cevdet Yılmaz: Political Stability and Leadership Are the Foundation of Investments
Vice President Yılmaz discussed the resources allocated to the earthquake-hit region and the importance of political stability during a meeting in Osmaniye.
During his speech at the AK Party Osmaniye Provincial Presidency, Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz touched upon the reconstruction processes in the earthquake zone and the country's development initiatives.
Completed Works in Osmaniye
Within the scope of reconstruction activities carried out in Osmaniye following the earthquake, more than 12,500 independent units have been delivered to rightful beneficiaries so far. Across the city, infrastructure, hospitals, and schools have been renewed alongside housing.
Expenditures in the Earthquake Zone
It was announced that a total of 104 billion dollars has been spent over the past three to four years on large-scale reconstruction efforts in the earthquake-affected regions. This process, covering more than 450,000 houses, has also drawn international attention.
The Importance of Political Stability
It was emphasized that the most important reason for Turkey's continued growth despite global crises and wars is political stability and strong leadership. It was stated that major projects have been successfully implemented thanks to harmony and coordination.
Future Goals and Unity
Stating that Turkey has achieved major development over the past 25 years, it was expressed that the country will be carried to much more advanced levels by strengthening national unity and bonds of brotherhood.
