CMB Approves Capital Increases for Four Companies and Issuance Applications for Eight Companies
The weekly bulletin of the Capital Markets Board has been published; decisions were made regarding capital increases, debt instrument issuances, and fund establishment requests of various companies.
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) announced that within the scope of its weekly bulletin, it approved the capital increase applications of four companies and the debt instrument issuance applications of eight companies.
Companies Granted Capital Increase Approval
According to the Capital Markets Board's weekly bulletin, capital increase applications of four different companies operating in the markets were met favorably.
The companies receiving approval include Mega Metal, Kordsa, Hareket Proje Taşımacılığı, and İnfo Yatırım.
Distribution of Capital Increase Amounts
Mega Metal Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'s capital increase application of 2.279 billion liras was accepted by the board.
Kordsa Teknik Tekstil A.Ş. received approval for an increase of 3.501 billion liras, and Hareket Proje Taşımacılığı for 1.498 billion liras.
İnfo Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş.'s capital increase of 960.3 million liras also completed the corporate approval process.
Institutions Approved for Debt Instrument Issuance
In line with the board's decisions, a total of eight companies were granted permission to issue debt instruments.
The companies' bond and financial bill issuance applications were evaluated and finalized within the framework of relevant legislation.
Issuance Amounts and Company Distribution
Şeker Faktoring will issue debt instruments worth 1.5 billion liras, Kapital Gayrimenkul 500 million liras, and İnfo Yatırım 5 billion liras.
Doğru Varlık Yönetim received issuance permission for 250 million liras, Ahlatcı Yatırım for 1 billion liras, and ING Finansal Kiralama for 1 billion liras.
Eko Faktoring received approval for the issuance of bonds and financial bills worth 75 million liras, and MNG Faktoring worth 340 million liras.
Establishment and Public Offering Permits for New Funds
The establishment of the Osmanlı Portföy BIST 30 Leveraged 2X Index Equity Intensive (TL) Exchange Traded Fund has been approved.
Additionally, the request for approval of the prospectus regarding the public offering of the fund's participation shares was met favorably by the board.
Venture Capital and Capital Increase Permits
The establishment of the Kuveyt Türk Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. Second Mixed Venture Capital Investment Fund was authorized.
The issuance document regarding the issuance of the fund's participation shares was approved by the board and entered into force.
DK Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.'s issued capital of 100 million liras was permitted to be increased to 300 million liras.
