Details of August Inflation Data Announced
According to data from the Turkish Statistical Institute, seasonally adjusted general CPI increased by 2.29 percent monthly in August.
According to seasonally adjusted special-scope CPI data for August announced by the Turkish Statistical Institute, the general consumer price index recorded a 2.29 percent increase compared to the previous month.

According to August data announced by the Turkish Statistical Institute, the seasonally adjusted general CPI experienced an increase of 2.29 percent on a monthly basis.
Increases in Energy and Service Sectors
In the same period, energy prices recorded a 5.46 percent rise, while service prices showed a 2.91 percent increase.
Special Scope Indicators and Sub-Groups
CPI excluding unprocessed food products, energy, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, and gold increased by 2 percent, while the increase rate in non-energy and non-food goods stood at 1.29 percent.
The increase in the food and alcoholic beverages group was 1.48 percent, while the index excluding energy, food and alcoholic beverages, tobacco, and gold also rose by 2 percent.
