The most important expectation of producers is for honey to be marketed at its true value. Considering the increasing production costs, pricing honey below its value is not considered acceptable.
Support for the Beekeeping Sector
Improvements made to 2026 beekeeping supports are of significant importance for the sector. The rise of the base support for union-member beekeepers to 250 liras per hive, and up to a total of 475 liras with additional criteria, is met positively.
