Following tensions between the US and Iran and fluctuations in global oil prices, a discount of 4.95 lira is expected to be applied to diesel fuel starting from Tuesday, October 6.

Expected Discount Rate and Date
According to the latest information obtained from industry sources, a discount of 4.95 lira per liter is expected to be introduced to the diesel group starting from Tuesday, October 6.
Previous Changes Reflected at the Pump
While the reflections of market mobility on the domestic market continue, price boards were previously updated with a 2.22 lira per liter discount starting from midnight hours.
New Diesel Prices by Province
With the reflection of the expected new discount of 4.95 liras at the pump, the liter price of diesel will drop to 90.03 liras in Istanbul, 91.13 liras in Ankara, and 91.43 liras in Izmir.
It was stated by industry sources that with the same discount rate, the liter price of diesel in eastern provinces will decrease to 92.83 liras.
