Within the framework of the new Medium-Term Program covering the years 2027-2029, it is aimed to reduce the idle labor force, increase daycare and remote working opportunities for parents, and introduce flexible-term employment models.

Reduction of Idle Labor Force Targeted

In order to increase the participation of the potential labor force in economic activity, obstacles stemming from skill and regional mismatches will be reduced.

Individuals outside the market will be supported in transitioning to registered and sustainable employment, and a culture of production will be instilled from an early age.

New Support for Working Parents

Active programs aimed at ensuring the labor force participation of individuals receiving social assistance will be expanded, and parental leaves will be reorganized.

Institutional care and daycare services will be developed through cooperation between central and local governments and the private sector.

Flexible Working and Remote Employment

Businesses will be supported in offering partial or fully remote employment opportunities for employees with childcare responsibilities.

Flexible-term employment models will be developed by adjusting working days in line with increasing work-life balance.
