Foreign exchange deposits increased according to the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey data
According to parity-adjusted data, the rise in foreign exchange accounts reached a significant volume in the past one-month period.
According to the latest data announced by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, foreign exchange deposits increased on both individual and corporate bases in the first week of October.
Accounts grew in real and legal persons
According to the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey data, in the week of October 2, foreign exchange deposits increased by 423 million dollars for real persons, based on parity-adjusted data. In the same period, an increase of 428 million dollars was recorded in the foreign exchange deposits of legal entities.
Total four-week increase reached seven billion dollars
In the previous week, there was an increase of 1.3 billion dollars in foreign exchange deposits. With the latest data, the total increase in foreign exchange deposits in the last four-week period reached the level of 7 billion dollars.
