Gülermak Renewables Acquires New SPV Project in Poland

Gülermak Renewables officially announced the acquisition of a new solar energy project in Poland. According to the statements, this move constitutes an important part of the company's growth strategy in the region.
Details of the Powidz 2 Project
The acquired Powidz 2 project has a capacity of 69 MW and is located in the Greater Poland region. The project site is positioned right next to the company's existing 5 MW Powidz 1 project.
Construction and Production Schedule Plan
Having obtained all necessary legal permits and being ready for construction to begin immediately, the project is planned to initiate its EPC tender process shortly. The company aims to move into the construction phase in the fourth quarter of 2027 and start electricity generation in 2029.
European Portfolio Continues to Grow
Last month, Gülermak Renewables acquired the 62.7 MW Project Vistula portfolio, which also included the Powidz 1 project, for 30.4 million pounds. With this latest acquisition move, the company's total portfolio in Europe exceeded 400 MW.
