Scope of the Investigation Expands

In the comprehensive fund investigation conducted in the capital markets, fund managers, brokerage houses, and companies, as well as initial public offering processes, have been included in the scope of the investigation.

Suspects and Testimony Processes

Within the framework of the ongoing judicial investigation, former Capital Markets Board Chairman İbrahim Ömer Gönül was summoned to testify as a suspect.

It was reported that the number of detained individuals within the scope of the case has reached 56 and judicial authorities are meticulously continuing the investigation.

Investigated Companies and Financial Traffic

The shares of publicly offered companies such as Gündoğdu Gıda, Özata Denizcilik, Destek Finans Faktoring, and Katılımevim, where funds are concentrated, are being examined.

In cooperation with MASAK and the Central Registry Agency, fund portfolio distributions and suspicious money transfers are being investigated in detail.
