The Capital Markets Board has decided to make interim payments to investors of certain funds in the liquidation process without waiting for the final liquidation.

Details of the Board Decision

According to the new decision taken by the Capital Markets Board, it has been decided to make interim payments to investors of certain funds currently in the liquidation process.

Criteria to be Taken as Basis for Payments

For investors whose reconciliation has been completed, the net investment amount to be calculated by the Central Registry Agency will be taken as the basis, and transactions will be carried out accordingly.

Limits and Scope of the Application

If the calculated net investment amount is below 1 million Turkish Lira, the entire amount will be paid; if it is 1 million Turkish Lira or more, a maximum interim payment of 1 million Turkish Lira will be made.
