Key Deliveries Begin in Vakıf GYO's Sancaktepe Project
Beneficiaries are moving into their homes in the eco-friendly residential and commercial project implemented in Istanbul, while 60 percent of the portfolio has been sold.

Drawing attention with its eco-friendly features, the project has achieved the sale of 60 percent of the portfolio offered since the launch period.

Speaking at the key delivery ceremony, Vakıfbank General Manager Osman Arslan stated that the project makes a strong contribution to the region's urban transformation vision.
Vakıf GYO General Manager Onur İncehasan stated that they designed the project, where approximately one thousand people will live, as a vibrant new neighborhood.
Technical Details of the Project
Built on an area of 17,518 square meters, the project consists of a total of 312 residences and 20 commercial areas.
The project features apartment options ranging from 1+1 to 4+1, alongside an 8,740-square-meter landscaping area.
Eco-Friendly Systems
The project includes solar energy panels for heating and electricity generation, as well as rainwater harvesting systems.
Additionally, energy and water savings are achieved in toilet cisterns and landscape irrigation thanks to the greywater recycling infrastructure.
