Land sales starting at prices from 200 thousand liras in 24 provinces

A total of 660 various plots of land in 24 provinces, including metropolitan cities, are being offered for sale by the Urban Transformation Directorate through a tender method with affordable prices and attractive payment conditions.

Tender Dates and Locations

The auction processes awaiting the participation of investors will be held on September 2, 3, and 4, 2026.

Buyers who want to physically participate in the tenders will be able to be present in the halls of Ankara Bilkent Hotel and Istanbul TOKİ Service Building.

Deposit Amounts

The deposit amounts to be applied for each plot of land offered for sale vary depending on the nature of the land.

The deposit amounts required to be paid to enter the tender start from 20 thousand liras and reach up to 20 million liras for valuable plots.

Payment Facilities and Advantages

All land sales to be realized in the auction will be completely exempt from Value Added Tax.

A 20 percent discount will be applied to buyers who pay the entire price in cash, while a 24-month maturity option is provided for the remaining amount.

Within the scope of the campaign, lands located in 24 different cities in various regions of Turkey are seeking their new owners.

The list includes Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Adana, Antalya, Bursa, and many other provinces.
