As new price hikes are expected in fuel prices due to volatility in international markets, exchange rate fluctuations, and tax increases, the current pump prices in Istanbul, Ankara, and İzmir as of September 30, 2026, have been determined.

Movements in Brent crude oil prices, fluctuations in exchange rates, and tax increases continue to have a direct impact on fuel prices.

Sliding Scale Support and SCT Decision

In accordance with the decree published in July, it was mandated that the sliding scale support (eşel mobil) on gasoline be reset on October 1, 2026.

Expected Price Increase Amounts

Based on calculations, price hikes are expected to take effect as of Thursday, October 1, amounting to 12.47 TL for gasoline, 3.60 TL for diesel, and 1.48 TL for LPG.

Possible Gradual Increase Schedule

Sector representatives and economic experts state that the Ministry of Treasury and Finance may make a new decision to spread the gasoline increase across months or reflect it at the pump all at once.

Ankara and İzmir Current Tariffs

In Ankara, gasoline is sold for 81.40 TL, diesel for 94.60 TL, and LPG for 35.09 TL; in İzmir, gasoline is sold for 81.70 TL, diesel for 94.90 TL, and LPG for 34.99 TL.
