Inter-Institutional Joint Investigation
In cooperation with MASAK and the Capital Markets Board, an investigation was launched into the funds that recently made headlines and in which a limited number of investors transacted during the period they were closed.
Financial Movements and Control Mechanisms
The investors and transactions of the fund, which was stated to have shown unusual value increases, were taken under review, and necessary monitoring and control mechanisms were put into effect.
Notifications and Complaints Being Evaluated
It was stated that those involved in manipulative transactions and those who derived benefits will be dealt with decisively, and reports and complaints from citizens will be meticulously examined.
