Effects of Arbitration Board Decisions

In the evaluation made by the confederation, it was stated that the Arbitration Board decisions negatively affected the living conditions of public servants and retirees. It was pointed out that the current economic picture has increased difficulties for employees.

Expectation Revisions and Real Losses

It was emphasized that the upward revision of inflation expectations within the scope of the Central Bank's IIIrd Inflation Report and the Medium-Term Program clearly reveals the real loss and erosion in salaries.

Increases in Food and Basic Expenses

Stating that the increases in food, rent, fuel, energy, and education expenditures have significantly reduced the purchasing power of fixed-income earners, a call was made to resolve the income losses of public servants and retirees.
