Millions of liras in payments made for natural gas consumption support
Financial aid totaling over 1 billion liras was delivered to hundreds of thousands of households between January and September.
Within the scope of the Natural Gas Consumption Support implemented by the Ministry of Family and Social Services, over 620,000 beneficiaries were reached in the first nine months of 2026.
Amount of Support Payments
A total resource of 1 billion 82 million liras was transferred to citizens in need during the nine-month period between January and September 2026.
Conditions of Benefit
Individuals wishing to benefit from the said aid are required to be citizens of the Republic of Turkey, apply through the e-Government platform, and reside in settlements with natural gas infrastructure.
Application and Process Operation
Citizens whose eligibility is approved by Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundations can benefit from the support without the obligation to reapply for each payment period.
Receiving Payments
Beneficiaries can use the allocated amounts on their bills via the e-Government gateway or through Halkbank branches and ATMs.
