Digital Infrastructure and Data
As of September 2026, the system recorded 3,131 international publications from Vietnam on the Scopus database. The total number of transactions through the National Data Integration and Sharing Platform reached 4.86 billion.
Postal and Telecommunications Developments
It was stated that postal service revenue in September 2026 was 9,260 billion VND, increasing by 22% compared to last year. The postal item volume reached approximately 440 million.
Technology Sector Revenues
It was reported that the digital technology sector's revenue for September was 770,766 billion VND, showing a 36% increase compared to the same period last year.
Legal Framework and Decisions
In September 2026, two Ministerial Decisions and three Circulars were issued. Within this scope, new indicators were determined for the semiconductor industry and key research centers.
Targets for October
The management agency is focusing on finalizing the drafts of the Law on Measurement, the Law on Postal Services, the Law on Intellectual Property, and the Law on Science, Technology and Innovation.
