New 4.2 billion TL housing investment by İDAKON Yapı in Sancaktepe

At a time when developers in the real estate sector are acting cautiously, İDAKON Yapı has announced new housing investments with a total expected revenue of 4.2 billion TL through the İDAPARK Yıldız and İDAPARK Paşaköy projects to be implemented in Sancaktepe on the Asian side of Istanbul.

Two New Housing Projects Coming to Life

Having completed over 500,000 square meters of projects in the construction industry, İDAKON Yapı is launching two new housing projects targeting the middle-income group on the Asian side of Istanbul. Chairman of the Board İdris Değer stated that they expect a total revenue of 4.2 billion TL from the projects.

Details of the İDAPARK Yıldız Project

Being built in Sancaktepe, İDAPARK Yıldız features a green area ratio of 75 percent. Consisting of a total of 134 residences, the project includes 2+1 and 3+1 apartment options. Prices in the project start from 9 million 970 thousand TL, and a 20 percent discount is applied for cash payments.

İDAPARK Paşaköy and Its Location

Implemented through the partnership of İDAKON Yapı and Asan Yapı, the İDAPARK Paşaköy project consists of 299 residences and 23 commercial units across 6 blocks. Located close to the Northern Marmara Motorway, the project is situated 5 kilometers from Sancaktepe City Hospital and 14 kilometers from Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Starting at 7 million 735 thousand TL, the project offers a special 25 percent discount for cash payments.

Future Investment Plans

Deputy Chairman of the Board Ali Hasan Kılıç announced that they will soon put a new housing project on sale in Halkalı and are carrying out urban transformation studies in Bakırköy. Company executives stated that they expect housing prices to increase in the coming period.
