Legal action has been initiated by the Capital Markets Board against 21 individuals identified due to transactions in Odine equity market, imposing a two-year trading ban on stock exchanges.
As a result of investigations conducted in the Odine Solutions Teknoloji equity market, the Capital Markets Board decided to file a criminal complaint against 21 individuals and imposed a two-year stock exchange trading ban on these persons.

The Capital Markets Board has taken significant decisions as a result of the investigations carried out regarding the transactions in the Odine Solutions Teknoloji equity market.
Criminal Complaint and Trading Ban
The Board decided to file a criminal complaint within the scope of the relevant article of the Capital Markets Law against 21 individuals identified due to market transactions.
It was announced that a ban on trading for a period of two years on the stock exchange and other organized markets has been imposed on all of the mentioned 21 individuals.
Status of Licenses and Suspension
It was reported that all capital market licenses held by 16 of the banned individuals have been suspended or revoked during the trading ban period.
Effective Remorse and Payment Conditions
Payment procedures determined for individuals against whom criminal complaint decisions were made to benefit from effective remorse provisions were included.
It was stated that the specified amounts must be deposited into the account of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance within fifteen days from the date of the decision.
