Official Application for Share Transfer Approvals Submitted
As progress is made in the share transfer processes, official application files have been submitted to the relevant institutions and boards.
Türkiye Emlak Katılım Bankası AŞ announced that official approval applications for the share transfer transactions of Katılımevim Tasarruf Finansman AŞ, Birevim Tasarruf Finansman AŞ, and İktisat Katılım Bankası AŞ have been completed.
Progress in the Share Transfer Process
It was reported that significant progress has been made in the companies' share transfer transactions as a result of the negotiations conducted by Türkiye Emlak Katılım Bankası AŞ.
In the official statement, it was expressed that the aim is to accelerate the processes and complete the transactions in the shortest time possible.
Applications to Official Institutions
Following the previous material event disclosure, it was conveyed that the official permission and approval applications required for the acquisition processes have been submitted to the relevant authorities.
It was noted that the necessary applications were made to the Ministry of Treasury and Finance General Directorate of Publicly Owned Corporations and Enterprises, the Capital Markets Board, and the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency.
