Payment Schedule and Draft Law Discussed at the Fund Coordination Committee Meeting

The Fund Coordination Committee evaluated the payment schedule regarding fund accounts and the planned draft amendments to the Capital Markets Law during a meeting held under the chairmanship of Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz.

The Fund Coordination Committee came together for the second time under the chairmanship of Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz to comprehensively address the results of current measures aimed at the fund market.

Payment Schedule and Regulations

In the official statement issued after the meeting, it was reported that studies regarding the net investment amount calculation method, to be calculated within the framework of the Capital Markets Board's decisions dated September 30, 2026, were reviewed.

Additionally, secondary regulations and the payment schedule for fund accounts were evaluated in detail, and related processes were put on the table.

Draft Capital Markets Law

Work has been carried out on the draft regarding Amending the Capital Markets Law, and necessary instructions were conveyed to the relevant authorities in order to finalize the draft.

Market Solutions and the Situation of Citizens

During the evaluations, it was emphasized that no additional burden would be placed on citizens, and it was stated that efforts to resolve the issue arising in a specific and limited segment of the fund market would be resolutely continued.
