Payments Made in September with the Family and Youth Fund Announced

Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş announced that within the framework of the Family and Youth Fund, 2 billion 76 million liras were paid for 18,334 young people in September, and a total of 21 billion 48 million liras in zero-interest loan support has been provided to 222,988 young people to date.

Source of Financing and Application Channels
Stating that the fund is financed by revenues generated from Turkey's underground resources, Minister Göktaş reminded that applications can be made via ailegenclikfonu.aile.gov.tr or through the e-Government gateway.
Loan Amounts by Age Ranges
It was stated that if both couples applying to the fund are between the ages of 18-25, they are provided with 250 thousand liras of support, and if they are between the ages of 26-29, 200 thousand liras of support, and the loan has a 48-month maturity with a 2-year grace period.
Income Condition and Application Numbers
While it was stated in the income status assessment that the application requirement regarding the income of the last 6 months was increased from 2.3 times to 2.5 times the minimum wage, it was reported that applications reached 308,767 in the project, which started in pilot provinces in 2024 and spread nationwide in 2025.
