Trade Volume and the $100 Billion Target
Stating that the bilateral trade volume exceeded $38 billion in 2025, Erdoğan noted that the figure reached $28 billion in the first eight months of this year.
While it is projected that $40 billion will be exceeded by the end of the year, it was noted that the $100 billion trade target set with US President Trump is realistic and achievable.
Regional Stability and Economic Growth
Emphasizing that Turkey has strengthened its identity as an island of stability despite the crises and conflicts surrounding it, the President said that the per capita income will exceed $20,000 by the end of 2026.
Investment Incentives and Defense Industry
Reminding that the Corporate Tax has been reduced from 25 percent to 12.5 percent, Erdoğan invited American investors to invest in Turkey.
It was stated that defense exports have exceeded $10 billion and Turkey has become a globally sought-after actor in the defense industry.
