Resource allocation and budget disbursement rates for digital transformation remain low in some local governments. The lack of financial and legal mechanisms, along with difficulties in securing qualified personnel, are the main obstacles that need to be resolved.
Prime Minister's Directives and Goals
Prime Minister Le Minh Hung requested ministries to urgently complete delayed tasks and remove institutional bottlenecks. Solutions will be produced by coordinating the Ministry of Justice and other relevant agencies.
