Province and District-Based Impact Analysis Conducted for GETAD, Functioning as Citizen Salary

Impact analysis studies at the province and district levels are being carried out for the Income-Complementary Family Support System, which will be implemented to support low-income families. This comprehensive study conducted by the teams is expected to be completed in October.

Different Support Models According to Regions

Within the scope of GETAD, the same assistance will not be provided to every low-income family, and support will be determined based on the region. The support to be provided in Antalya will not be the same as in Hakkari; aid will be shaped according to local needs such as energy, heating, rent, or food.

Budget and Legislative Regulation Calendar

Following the completion of the 2027 budget process in Parliament, the budget planning regarding GETAD will be clarified. If deemed necessary, the necessary legislative regulation steps will be taken to implement the system.

Structural Reform Target in Social Assistance

With the new model based on the low retirement pension, it is aimed to end the debates on the lowest retirement pension and reshape the social assistance mechanism. The economic management evaluates this system as a structural reform.
